Nose Cleansing

Cleaning procedure makes the mucous membranes and nose moistened. There are microscopic hairs known as cilia on the planes of the mucous membranes in the airways, nostrils, auditory tube, bronchi and sinuses.

Nose cleansing motivates the extensive activities of the cilia and eliminates the dust, phlegm and pollen from the nose. Nose cleansing can protect the nose from sinusitis, allergies, common colds, asthma and the infections caused due to airways and air pollution.

The people who are suffering from inflammation and regular nasal congestion should perform the nose unblocking exercises and clean it regularly by following various steps such as:-
First of all, one should dissolve half teaspoon of bread soda and half teaspoon of sea salt in one pint of boiled water and allow it to cool. Then buy a plastic nozzle containing a rubber bulb from a pharmacy. After that, pour the solution into the nozzle and press one nostril by blocking another nostril with the help of the finger. The water should be allowed to inhale in till it arrives at the throat’s back. At last, emit it out and then the same procedure should be repeated with another nostril.
Other alternative is to take the warm salt water into the hand and then inhale the water straight into the nose with one nostril at one time.
People living close to the sea state that inhaling the sea water is also very useful for the people having sinus problems
Yogi has been working from thousands of years and has recognized the advantage of nasal cleansing. He makes use of a unique vessel known as a neti pot to discharge the solution into each nostril.

Nose cleansing also motivates and provides energy to the forehead and to the region close to the eyes. It also decreases headaches which are generated by nervous tension. This is very helpful in enhancing the sense of smell and improving clearer image. It also improves the overall health of the people. If the person cleans their nose daily, it provides various benefits to the person.
